Delivery

1. Click and collect: up to 7 working days, free of charge (Coming Soon!)

   You can collect if you are near our Walsall premises. This will show when you are logged into my account page as an option. Unbranded plain order items can be collected between 1-5 working days depending upon availability. Personalised items can take up to 10 working days to be able to collect from when artwork is approved.
   Please note: All orders will be confirmed via email and when they are ready to collect.

3. Standard delivery: 7-10 working days, £5.99 ex VAT.
   This option is available on all orders. Customised products will be available up to 7-10 days after artwork is approved.
4. Blank Orders: 1-5 working days, £5.99 ex VAT
   Most brands will be able to be delivered for the next working day if ordered before 12pm midday. However, for some brands it can take up to 3-5 working days. We aim to give regular updates of your purchase.
5. Free delivery, 7-10 working days: free if over £100 ex VAT
   If you spend £100 or more (ex VAT) on our website you will qualify for free delivery. These items will usually be dispatched within 7-10 working days depending on product availability.

5. 24 hours dispatch, within 24 hours, (Coming Soon!)
   Orders must be placed before 12pm midday and is only available on selected lines (this will be stated).

6. Saturday delivery; £14.99 ex VAT
   If we have the item in stock that can be dispatched within 24 hours we will send it.

7. Delivery before 10am next day, dispatched within 24 hours, £20.99 ex VAT
   Only for items which qualify for dispatch within 24 hours of order being placed. However, the cost of delivery will be £20.99 ex VAT

8. Delivery before 12pm next day, dispatched within 24 hours if stock is available, £19.99 ex VAT
   Only for items which qualify for 24 hour dispatch. However, the cost of delivery will be £19.99 ex VAT

Delivery Time/ Tracking
We use DPD & Royal Mail as couriers who are able to provide full tracking once your order is dispatched/shipped. On the morning of the delivery date you will receive an email, giving you a one-hour window for your delivery time. However, DPD can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver to a neighbour. You can view DPD tracking here :

Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 7-10 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Please note items cannot be left without a signature by the recipient of the product.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Products without any customisation such as a logo will have an average delivery time of 1-2 working days if available but can be up to 3-5 working days depending on the product. Products with a logo or customisation can take 7-10 working days from when artwork is approved but can be quicker with our 24-hour dispatch option if appropriate but this option requires additional payment of charges.

We have a vast amount of delivery options available for the UK Mainland, Ireland and outside of the UK. As mentioned above if your order is under £100 (ex VAT) it will cost £5.99 (ex VAT) but if it is over £100 (ex VAT) it will be free (this applies to UK mainland).

Please note: this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle of Man. The total delivery charge for these areas mentioned are £19.99 (ex VAT), and may take additional 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Samples
